We are here to help
Academic help, wellbeing support and accessibility adjustments — available to every student, at any point in your training.
You do not need to be in crisis to reach out. These services are free, confidential and available to everyone.
We are committed to providing a supportive, inclusive and positive learning environment where every student can thrive. We understand that each learner brings unique goals, challenges and personal circumstances, and we are here to ensure you have the academic, personal and wellbeing support needed to succeed throughout your training.
Our student support framework is designed in alignment with the Standards for RTOs 2025, which emphasise identifying individual learner needs, providing appropriate support, and maintaining student wellbeing. Whether you are studying on campus or online, support is available to you.
Every learner brings different experiences and abilities. Our trainers and support team are here to help you build the skills and confidence to succeed.
All students complete a short Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital assessment at the start of their course. This is not a test — it is a tool that helps us understand your individual learning needs.
Based on your results, we can provide tailored assistance such as extra tutoring, simplified materials, or guided reading and writing support.
We provide guidance on how to structure written responses, prepare for practical assessments, and correctly reference your work.
If you need help using the online learning platform or uploading assessments, our digital support team can walk you through each step.
Students are encouraged to book one-on-one sessions or online check-ins with trainers whenever they need help. Trainers can assist with time management, assessment preparation, and practical study strategies to help you stay on track.
We provide reasonable adjustments so that learners with disability can fully participate in their training. This can include flexible assessment arrangements, adjusted materials, additional time, or assistive approaches suited to your needs.
Let us know at enrolment or at any point during your course, and we will work with you to put appropriate support in place.
Study can be demanding, particularly when you are balancing it with work, family or other commitments. If something outside your studies is affecting your progress, talk to us early — course extensions, adjusted timeframes and other arrangements are often possible.
For urgent support, the free confidential services listed at the top of this page are available 24 hours.
Contact our student support team at any point during your training. No question is too small, and asking early usually makes things easier.
Tell us what you need help with and our student support team will be in touch.
