This section contains the official policies and procedures of the National Skills Training Institute. These policies outline how we operate as a Registered Training Organisation and ensure that all training and assessment services are delivered to national standards.
They are designed to help students, trainers and staff understand their rights and responsibilities throughout the learning journey, including enrolment, assessment, conduct, support and complaints. Each has been developed in alignment with the Standards for RTOs 2025.
